We want every booking to be straightforward and stress-free. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.
Cancellation by you
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
For speedboats, yachts, luxury yachts, and catamarans:
Low season: Cancellations made more than 14 days before your tour date will receive a refund minus the 800,000 IDR processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the tour date will incur a 50% charge.
High season (July–August, December–January): Cancellations made more than 30 days before your tour date will receive a refund minus the 800,000 IDR processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by us (weather)
Your safety is our top priority. If we determine that sea conditions are unsafe and cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or a free rebooking on a date of your choice - no fees apply.
If conditions are borderline and you choose to cancel of your own accord after we have confirmed the tour will proceed, our standard cancellation policy applies.
What we do not refund
Once a tour has departed, we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for the following:

Seasickness or personal discomfort with boat movement

Subjective opinions on the vessel's size, style, or amenities

Engine noise or sounds typical of boat operations

Slight schedule delays caused by traffic, docking, or weather

Choosing to leave the tour early for personal reasons

Missed departures due to late arrival
